Storm in a Tit Cup

“I wanted to read about positivity and humour, not just the lows of a frightening diagnosis.”

My blog ‘Storm In a Tit Cup’ was created due to the lack of personal accounts of Inflammatory Breast Cancer on the internet. I found many blogs detailing other Breast cancers, but they were largely depressing and/or merely factual. I wanted to read about positivity and humour, not just the lows of a frightening diagnosis. I wasn’t a writer, I have terrible grammar and a potty mouth to rival the south west sewage system, but I thought I’d give it a whirl.

3 years on, and Storm In a Tit Cup has over a million hits and an avid social media following. I’m also proud to have won the last MAD blog award for best writer. (They clearly overlooked my shite spelling.)

My blog aims to educate, entertain and evolve. From one liner’s on Twitter, to photos documenting madness of my life on Instagram, to the discussions on Facebook and the in-depth ramblings of my mind on blogger.

It’s a lifeline for all. Please join me (in a non-creepy cult like fashion)
